Our Doctor

Dr. Francisco Suarez Esser, graduated from Dental School at Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas, Venezuela. After 2 years in Private Practice, Dr. Suarez moved to the city of Miami, Fl. in pursue of Oral Surgery Training. He received his certificate as Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Intern at the University Of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Posteriorly, he completed 2 years of AEGD residency at the University of Connecticut School of dental Medicine, where he performed as Chief Resident for the year 2015-16. 

 

After graduation, Dr. Suarez received an invitation to become a full time Faculty at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine as Clinical Assistant Professor at the AEGD Program. In this role he mentored and taught new residents the arts and science behind the more advanced techniques in general dentistry.

 

After 7 years as a UCONN Faculty, Dr. Suarez started a new stage in private practice serving multiple communities in Connecticut.

 

Dr. Suarez still mentors residents at UCONN as a Volunteer Faculty. He likes to participate in Connecticut’s Mission of Mercy and he’s currently in the Board of Directors of the Hartford Dental Society. 

 

He’s a husband and the father of 2 girls, and he loves to spend time with his family.

In his spare time Dr. Suarez likes to be active, he enjoys running, fishing with his daughters, playing golf with friends and playing piano. He’s an Triathlon enthusiast and has completed 2 full distance Ironman Triathlons and multiple medium and short distance races.
